The property was outdated and run down. The paint in the bathroom was so bad it was literally falling off the walls. The maid rumaged through my bag as if i wouldnt notice. Do Not stay here.

When we got to the hotel. We were told that the Jacuzzi in the room didn’t work. They could not give us another room. So we could take the room with the broken hot tub or go someplace else. Someone could’ve called and let us know. Said they could not give us a discount on the room the third-party which is you guys would have to do that. Can someone help me with this please

This was nothing special and for almost 200.00 a night I'd except a working drain in the shower. Maybe one that wasn't held open by a broken piece of a plastic knife.

The guy at the desk took forever to check me in. He immediately saw my online reservation and that I had paid for the room but after that it took a long wait until he finally handed me the keys to my room. When I got to the room the toilet was running and when I went to jiggle the flusher it was very lose and would not flush SO I had to go back down to the desk. This time did not take as long to get keys to a different room. The rest of the stay was ok.

All around decent hotel. The bed wasn't plush, and the highway is noisy. The toilet was difficult to work, and the hot and cold water were reversed. The coffee is terrible.

Pleasant experience crushed by dirty bedding.

Friendly staff at check in. Seemed like a clean, big room for a family. Unfortunately, the comforter on my bed was SUPER gross on the underside. Looked like someone at Cheetos and a blue slushie in the bed. Needless to say, I froze by just using the sheet.
