Advertised as newly renovated in fact the entire hotel is in a deep renovation while trying to rent rooms renovation has not started yet. The indoor pool looks great in the pictures but the Air Conditioning is out so it’s 103 in this area. Unable to use it without feeling like I was taking a bath. Room service missed trash in our room in the refrigerator in the dresser drawers and clothes left hanging in the closet. We won’t be back.

The hair dryer nor the microwave worked in my room. The tv remote was held together with tape. The bathroom was rusty through all of the cracking paint and falling wallpaper. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

The upstairs was not renovated and tgat where they placed me it was dirty and I will never stay there I left immediately and they did not want to give me my refund

Staff was great, only complaint would be that the floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped. You could tell that only the part where you walked into was mopped, but not under the counter where you stand. Put a towel down because it was so sticky. I also thought the breakfast was not good. No fruit, no eggs, juice machine didn't work, very limited selection of bagels. We always went out to eat.

The property is great. The decore is dated and the bathrooms need updating. But it is a nice place and reasonably priced.

I stayed four nights had zero room service and was given only two sets of towels. It was ridiculous. Signs indicated towels would be refreshed daily, but they were not. It was hotter than hades in Kentucky and Two sets of towels for four nights didn’t cut it. Of course, I asked. I also ran out of paper products for the room during my stay and had to ask because again there was NO room service.

Staff was amazing and helpful and attentive. Breakfast bar was stocked with food. Pool was fun Hot tub was down but things happen Room was dated but clean and good enough. If I want up scale I'm paying for up scale.

The Roach Vault is more accurate description! DON'T STAY HERE!!!. THERE WAS BLACK .MOLD in the sink area. They've yet to refund me. This place has severly worn furniture in the lobby. Arrived late due to airline delay, checked in , & went to sleep right away. Woke up a few hours later & was greated by large & small roaches im the bsthroom & climbing walls. I have pics & video. I was afraid to touch anything.
