Die KĂŒche ist mit einem KĂŒhlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor. Die Reinigung erfolgt auf Anfrage.
Diese Villa besitzt klimatisierte Zimmer, die folgende Ausstattung bieten: Privatpools und Kamine. Die Zimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Balkone. Zur Ausstattung der KĂŒchen gehören KĂŒhlschrank, Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in der Vila Moura

Die gut ausgestatte Vila hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit vier Paaren hatte jeder seine eigene RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeit mit eigenem Bad. Auf dem Balkon haben wir gemeinsam am großen Tisch unsere Mahlzeiten im Freien genossen. Der große Pool bot bei der WĂ€rme immer eine willkommene AbkĂŒhlung und die hohen BĂ€ume spendeten temporĂ€r Schatten. Die Umgebung ist top und durch die vielen GolfplĂ€tze grĂŒn und gepflegt.

very nice and big poolvilla close to an awesome beach

we spent one week in this great villa, the pool was heated up to 28 degrees so we even could go swimming during some rainy days. the villa is located in a quiet area and about 7 min drive to one of the most famous beaches of portugal. the very nice landlord was very helpful when we needed to change the bedding for one of the kids due to fever and he was as well very flexible regards check in and check out times. we would love to come back next year.

Great days

We spent great days in this house. The heated pool in the beautiful garden was my personal favorite. The boys enjoyed the games room with darts, table tennis and pooltable ( billards). Collaboration with George ( the owner) was very pleasant. Very fast e-mail responses!! We recommend this house for a family vacation.

Excellent all round and throughly enjoyed our stay. Games room was great for evenings before heading out. The outdoor areas are lovely for relaxing and eating al fresco. Owner and rental company had excellent communication. Looking forward to staying again next year.

We stayed at this property with family group of 4 adults and two children. The villa is excellent, lots of space to spread out and many places to sit and chill. All amenities are as described. The view over the hills from the patio is very pleasant. The pool was lovely and a good size for morning lengths. Taxis and Ubers were cheap and easy for evenings out, we had a car for the other trips.

We had a lovely stay in this Villa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family week away. The games room, just off of the pool, was a brilliant addition to other Villas we have stayed in. The picture doesn't show it as well but this large room catered to all of us. Ping pong table for the kids, pool table and darts for the adults, as well as books and cards and a sofa set for the grandparents. Also multiple terraces (garden, balconies, roof terrace) which made chasing the sun until sunset possible as well as allowing a larger party their own space at times. We would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a group of 8 guys on a golf trip. The villa is really well located - 5 min uber to the marina and close to all local golf courses, we never had to wait longer than a few mins to book an uber. Beds were comfortable and check in / check out was easy (note it was done through a third party company). The villa itself is large and really spacious, looks great on the surface but is definitely a little rough around the edges. There was nothing really bad but the basement room had a smell of mould, some of the equipment (table tennis bats, pool table cues, darts etc) need replacing, bbq area is in need of some love, some pool chairs need replacing, garden needs attention, mouldy shower curtains etc. The kitchen is also pretty basic. It didn’t affect our stay at all and we enjoyed the villa but if I was spending a week there with family and/or spending a lot of time there I think I’d have been disappointed. Having said that for the price we paid we felt as though we got a great deal!

Great House but



Great space, and communication with the owner was also great. When we arrived the agent let us in and did a quick walk round....the place smelt very musty. We opened every window and door (and screen) to air the house, but was surprised that if it had been cleaned recently, we would have smelt the detergent used? Anyway...to the bedrooms to unpack...again everywhere smelt musty, and the beds felt damp (I appreciate it was April, but I didn't rent the house thinking it would be my responsibility to 'air' it and dry it out?) Anyway, the house has everything you could need, space, full kitchen, fantastic games room, pool etc. Later that afternoon, I realised you had to pay extra to get the pool heated, so i contacted George who arranged for the guy to come round that evening and switch the pool heating on (great service) for 195 euro's for the week, small price to pay in April for a heated pool. However, even when we left the following Saturday, it was still freezing cold, and would have taken your breath away, and given we didn't need the AC on at all, would have thought the heated pool should be a free alternative?? Anyway, aside from the musty smell, that was still there when we left, and the feeling of dampness everywhere, we had a great time, the location is ideal, only 7 euro's in an Uber to the marina, the local bakery is amazing (if you find it!) and you will need to hire a car, although a decent Pingo Doce supermarket is a walk away. Enjoyed it, yes, would I go back, NO

Large spacious villa in quiet area games rooms great too. Pool was really good size with plenty of sun loungers ( albeit they were a little tired looking but perfectly functional). We had a hire car but also used Uber to get around which was always available and very reasonably priced. House would be ideal for multiple family group.

Beautiful, clean, roomy, cool (air-con) villa with amazing pool area - a home from home with everything you need. A shirt walk to the shop/bar/restaurants. Ideal quiet location, short taxi to the marina. Check in was quick and easy. We all loved this villa and will return. The owner stayed in touch and answered my questions/offered advice. There is also a useful book of information in the Villa. Photos don’t do the Villa justice, it is huge and gorgeous! Pool and garden are bigger than expected. Highly recommend for friends/families, there is loads of room for all!

What a fantastic villa. We love the pool, spent many lazy hours alongside and playing in it. Location is perfect, quiet neighbourhood and just a 4 euro taxi down to the Marina and the lively atmosphere. Games room was a source of fun, kitchen had everything we needed and each room with own ensuite perfect for our group. We are already planning to book next year. Second week of October and hit 27 degrees one day. Sunny and hot all week

Quality villa in an ideal location for golf courses and easy travel to Vilamoura

Excellent communications with owner and management company who readily facilitated an early check in for our group of 4 male golfers. Great location for our selected golf courses, the Dom Pedro courses, and easy access from airport (25 mins) and to Vilamoura itself (10 minutes). All the modern facilities within the villa you come to expect from VRBO, clean and comfortable. Quality games room in the basement, ideal for children and big kids alike. Excellent pool which was cleaned twice in the week we were there. First class security system, we accidentally activated the alarm on return 1 evening and the security company were at the door within minutes. I'd recommend this as an ideal location for a group of golfers or a a family holiday. Brown's sports bar at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) was a great bar/ restaurant with very friendly staff who warmly welcomed us. First class, thank you...John

Dated property in need of a lot of upgrading

Very disappointed in this property, which is in need of significant modernising and refurbishment. Furniture and equipment is very old and should be replaced. Bedding and linen is of very poor quality and some items were smelly, including bath towels. Crockery/cutlery and kitchen equipment all dated and in need of replacement. Outside area is tired with very old and uncomfortable furniture and sun loungers. Includes broken items and very basic plastic chairs. Outside shower unusable, looks broken. The games room in particular has a musty, stale smell. The pool table and darts equipment is either broken or incomplete and the furniture is not clean and very old. The property has huge potential but needs significant investment, freshly painted throughout (inside and out) and a deep clean. It should not be offered to the rental market in its present condition.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this villa. It is very spacious, each room has it's own bathroom. The playroom was great for our kids/teens. They had a great time down there. The pool area is fantastic. We all had so much fun. Lots of shade from the trees, good privacy from the road. The upper deck was so lovely and relaxing to sit in the morning or for dinner. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything we needed. Location was good for us. We took Ubers to the grocery store and to the marina for dinner etc. it was a bit too far to walk with the kids. The little bakery nearby is excellent and a short walk. Owner was responsive and check in etc.. was all very smooth. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bedding and bathroom towels. they have seen better days. Overall we loved our stay! would definitely come back.
