Each room has a veranda with amazing views of vineyards & Brokenback mountains.
Large commercial kitchen. 14 seat banquet table. Two lounges - one with a seasonal log fire, the other is a TV (Foxtel) and reading/games lounge. Seasonal swimming pool.
The property is set on a 20 acre rural property with 3 dams.

Please leave the property in as close to the condition as when you checked in minus normal wear and tear from a large group enjoying a fabulous stay @ Burncroft.
Please turn off all air conditioners. Please make sure all exterior doors are closed. I've had little critters make their way into the house this way.
You do not need to strip the beds. Leave all used towels in the bathtub. Please leave keys in the door knobs where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
