It was old and out of dated. No shampoo in the room and if you wanted the room to be clean, you have to leave the tag on the door knob or that will not clean. But it is cheap for the night.
Good hotel very close to the Tidal Bore viewing center. A little dated but very clean. Room have fridge, microwave and wifi. Good value for a great location.
Staff was great. Close to the town to get something to eat. Air conditioner made a weird whistling noise. Room was clean. Overall good experience for the price paid.
At first glance the room wasn't too bad. The bathroom had not been cleaned there was a ring of dirt in the tub and several long hairs on the ceramic tile where you could plainly see that it had been used and not cleaned. There was mold/mildew on the wall around the toilet tank. Couldn't put the air conditioner on as the duct went out the window where people were smoking. The ice machine looked like it has never been cleaned. In the morning, we saw one of the owners/cleaners peering in the window. It was our first time at this motel and we will not return and will definitely not recommend it.
Just booked in for one night as we were going white water rafting about 30 minutes away. Owner was super friendly. Itâs a dated very basic motel but it was perfect for us. Beds were ok comfortable and view from balcony was nice. Very basic amenities and rooms were very dated.
We were looking for a budget hotel, and this fits the bill. It has not been significantly updated in a number of years, but the rooms were neat and clean and the bathroom was very good. Unfortunately, there was an odor in the room. Regardless, it was a low cost room in a great location and that was ultimately what we were looking for.
Short stay overnight. We were looking for an inexpensive place in the area. The motel could use a little upkeep, but overall we were happy with our stay.
We book a room for a night here while we was driving home to NL. We arrived at 11:20pm only to find out the office closed at 11pm and we were out of luck. Never even got a phone call from them about our arrival time or about when they close the office. We ended up having to pay a lot more then we wanted to for a room to catch 4 hours sleep.
The overall impression is one of a hotel that was once nice, but that is is long overdue for a fresh coat of paint and general pick me up. Room had a musty smell and towels were old. Tee jest bar of soap was provided and we were asked if we would need shampoo. Lights and Internet worked fine.
