The hotel is very dated. When we asked for a taxi we waited about 15 mins just to find out the front desk representative called her son. It wasn’t a Taxi service. After her started to converse with us he said my Mom called and said you needed a Taxi. So I’m sure the $30.00 we paid for go 2 miles would have been less. When found a creditable car service that we used for the rest do the trip. We also moved to the Morgan Hotel. The only positive experience was the Older Gentleman who serves as a Bell Man. He was absolutely fantastic. Kind, helpful and respectful.

Great place to stay for the price. Its a little dated. But we there for the beach more than the room. There is no major beach onsite. But a cool small opening to the ocean. I woukd stay again

The staff was friendly the hotel itself is quite dated. But on Expedia I got a very good price for $97 a night for a room that slept six. When I was on property I wanted to add an extra night and that night was over $400 for one night.

Terrible, the room got flooded out at 6AM no one came to assist until 6:40AM our 2nd day. Then was transferred to another room AC didn’t work so they gave us a villa the roof leaked the refrigerator broke we lost $100 worth of food and all they offered was sparkling wine and lunch from the bar. The managers presented to care but they didn’t. The housekeeper, concierge, server and the front desk ladies were all great. That place should be shut down and refurbished before guests are allowed to go there. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Cockroaches infested our room. We requested a room after seeing the roaches and were delivered to a new room where we found more cockroaches. absolutely disgusting. had to switch hotels the next morning frantically. glad my infant didn’t get ahold of one.
