Good quick stay in Lubbock. Room was clean and convenient. Sheets could have fit toghter to mattress (loose and sloppy). Other than that, no complaints.

Aloft needs to do better

The service was ok.Staff could communicate a little better with each other,I will say when I had an issue Jackson was right on it.The hotel is a little ran down can stand some cleanup. There were several areas that were dirty in the hotel and room.There were several pieces of gym equipment that did not work. There’s also a language experience. None of the service maids could speak and understand English
