The bathroom has black mold & the wallpaper was all torn. The floor was dirty. The fridge was broken. The bed was hard a rock. There were burns in curtains. Breakfast was uneatable both mornings and the coffee was cold. The guy was friendly at check in.

Woman at check in was wonderful! Was given a room that had DIRTY sheets. Hair and dirt on a made bed. Bottom sheet, comforter, then a top sheet. Never seen a bed made like that. Room was otherwise clean. Was upgraded to a suite. Room was clean. Bed was made Bottom sheet, comforter, blanket. No top sheet. But at least it was a clean bottom sheet. I wonder if they wash the comforters daily. In the high-end suite had 2 coffee pods, no sugar, creamer, stir stick. In bathroom had 2 body lotions and a conditioner. No shampoo or soap. At checkout asked for General Managers name and phone number. Was told they have no GM. How about the manager. Was told they have no real manager, but a certain lady would be back in 3 days. Spanish lady at desk was a joke and with answers like that didn't belong there. Someone needs to be accountable. At night absolutely no lights in the parking area. Pitch black. Something not right is going on here.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and check in was quick. The hotel itself is obviously old and extremely outdated, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our AC never got cold and not really sure it ever kicked on but we always travel with a fan and it was fall so not terribly hot outside or it could have been an issue.

The staff was top notch! On several occasions they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We have our grandchildren and ran out of milk. The woman at the desk graciously gave us some milk for my granddaughter after 8pm. The morning staff were just as accommodating. I forgot something in the room after we checked out and had left. I called, and she had the head of housekeeping meet me at the room about 10 minutes later.

When we arrived at our room, I noticed there was no shower head. I called the front desk and was told they would be there soon (although they seemed at a loss). We waited 15 minutes and I called again. They said they would fix it in the morning. I told them we were leaving early and needed it fixed that night. After another 15 minutes we went to the front desk. After another 20 minutes the gave us a shower head that we installed ourselves. Additionally, the room was not that clean. There was something on the current next to the bed and generally, it did not feel clean.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The TV in our room did not work . There were no little towels in the . The walls in the hall had wallpaper and they were taped where they were falling apart needs serious updates. Our service was great though with the lady at the front desk, both the evening shift and morning shift.

Staff was friendly. But I would not recommend people to stay here unless you want to sleep in a super hot room. When we checked into our room, the restroom was dirty, with blood in the bathtub and dirty towels left from previous visitors. Our key card never worked and the room never got cold. Plus, someone threw up in the hallway and it was never cleaned up. There was a large party where people smoked weed all night. The only plus was the location.
