We loved the hotel feel, it was super cute but the staff wasn't very friendly unless you were a higher end customer. We asked for more towels and the front desk was rude about it, its mainly that hotel for younger adults who like to party. I got charged more than what we ate as far as snacks in the motel and i still haven't gotten my deposit back and its been 5 days.

Very nice place

Very clean and very beautiful property. Great shower pressure. Fitness area had good quality machines, however water cooler wasn’t functional more than one day. Parking onsite was a mess. Dining option onsite was limited and very expensive for what it is. Lacks amenities provided by other hotels like breakfast options. Room snacks are pricey and stale

Just writing this review just to keep other people informed. If you are looking for a "pet friendly" hotel in Lubbock, I would never recommend this hotel. They don't advertise on their website that they will require you to pay a $150 per fee PER NIGHT on top of your full reservation cost that you are already paying. We had a 4 pound puppy with us and just the fee alone was more than our entire reservation cost. If you're staying for multiple days you're looking at over $500 just for one dog on top of your reservation. Look else where if you are wanting to stay at a pet friendly hotel without it costing you more than double your room cost. The 2 star rating is based off of the fact that this is a really sneaky move for people traveling long distance with pets and then finding out about this fee at check-in.
