Amazing!!!

Our stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a crib to use! Breakfast was good except the 2nd day the worker was 2 hrs late getting breakfast started so folks only got an hour to eat. She couldn’t seem to keep up with the food and most drinks were out. Other than that the place was beautiful, comfortable, clean, had all we needed, super quiet , just over all a wonderful stay

The gentleman who worked the evening shift on 6/25 was exceptional. The check in process was a breeze, he offered first floor because we were traveling with our dog. Later in the evening, there was a group of people in the parking lot blasting their bass. We aren’t sticks in the mud but after a long day of travel, that’s the last thing you want to hear when trying to rest. He took care of the situation professionally and even followed up with us to ensure our comfort. Thank you so much! We will be back when our travels take us through Lubbock.

Reserved a room for husband thru Expedia for Thursday night. Paid in advance $83. Arrived Wednesday night so checked in a day early. Charges on Visa - Expedia $83, La Quinta $96.77, $50, $146.05, $28.75. Called all day Thursday to correct; no answer. Husband spoke with desk. Assured it would be corrected. Instead they added the last two charges!!!! Be careful!

This was a very last-minute booking as the hotel that we were originally booked into was terrible. Not only were they able to accommodate us on the same day immediately, it was clean, air conditioner, worked fantastically, the service was super friendly, and the accommodations were basically up-to-date and very comfortable.
