This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer?
