The view from my room was absolutely amazing!! The room was well kept, cozy and well thought out. The sitting area for the window wall looking out to the water was perfect and comfortable. The attached restaurant had the best seafood from my whole trip to and around the east coast of Canada. I would drive 200 miles out of my way to stay at his place again!

Quaint little motel. Nice room looking out to ocean. Had the fish and chips at the restaurant, outstanding! Small,sleepy little town, perfect for just relaxing after hiking the Cutler Coast, which was fantastic! Not many dining options in town. Small farmers market on Saturday morning. Nice little coffee shop in town.

Great location with a beautiful view. Easy walking to restaurants and for scenic views. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed was old and not comfortable. Needs some TLC. Friendly staff and lots of things to do in the area.

Beautiful bay view and room was very nice. They have updated an old industrial building to be a hotel. Biggest issue are the narrow roads leading to their location and limited parking options.

Large two bedroom, 2 full bath unit with fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer; also had dining area with sofas and outside balcony overlooking a gorgeous ocean view. It was clean and very comfortable. Attached restaurant food was great. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this cute little place! It's an older property so nothing fancy, but we could see the ocean from our window which was an unexpected bonus. We had dinner at the attached restaurant & enjoyed it tremendously--my husband said it was the best bowl of clam chowder he's ever eaten (& he's eaten a LOT of clam chowder) & the blueberry pie was to die for. It was a very easy drive to see the sunrise at the West Quoddy Head Light.

When you live in the Appalachians at over 2000 ft elevation, any view of the ocean, even a bay of the ocean, is beautiful, thus.. the view was tremendous, We're used to parking at an angle, on a slope, when necessary, so...parking was different, unique, not too challenging. Lubec is a special place, we felt blessed to share our time there.

The check in process was quick and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and we loved how they incorporated the original building into the new Inn. Loved being right on the bay. Great views! Dinner at the cafe next door was also very good. Loved the friendly feeling there. Parking was a little tight but able to park.

Lovely room overlooking the wharf. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food okay. Restaurant staff okay. It wasn't very enjoyable to be eating dinner while restaurant staff swept floor and stacked chairs on tables around us.

A great little hideaway motel with fantastic views

This was a great stay. Location and view could not be better. Parking is very limited and hotel is somewhat hard to find. But once you are there, wow! A small mom & pop motel but the room inside was modernized. We will definitely come back here.

Updated and spacious room overlooking the bay. Attached restaurant had delicious food, large lobster dinners. Property had a common room available to do your own cooking. Area also included sofas, multiple tables, amenities. Staff in office, restaurant, housekeeping extremely friendly. Convenient area to drive to Campobello Island, New Brunswick or take a sightseeing boat ride to see whales, porpoises, eagles, etc. Highly recommend this Inn.
