Excellent location within walking distance of the city centre and the building is new and in great condition. Our room was very clean and comfortable, very good bed and the shower pressure was fantastic! Only issue was the lack of replenishment of room items even when a room tidy was requested (and they don’t make the bed!). Staff in general were very friendly and helpful, but a special mention for Julia who worked late afternoon evening 1st - 4th May during our stay. She was always friendly and answered many questions for us and was quick to assist us when needed, exceptional service!

Economic yet comfortable

Very well designed room which was comfortable although small. Great shower and a very comfy mattress. Service in the hotel was really good. It was very clean. At this price, thoroughly recommend. Great location too, just over the river from the Aldstadt.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle. The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day). There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.

Das Personal an der Reception war seltsam uninteressiert daran, wer rein und raus ging und hat etwa die Leute, die zum Frühstückraum gingen, nicht beachtet. Man war immer im Computer vertieft. Hier scheint sich der Online-Checkin auf das ganze Verhalten auszuwirken.

Fawlty Towers

Ett hotell vars Hospitality liknade Fawlty Towers. Stressad och otrevlig personal. Vi hade efter en lång och underbar vistelse i Berlin sett så fram emot att göra ett strandhugg på ett hotell med hela 9.0 på Hotels.com. Vi blev förvånade över hur aggressiv personalen lobbyn var. Vi försökte få kontakt med någon personal alls på förkvällen och frågade försiktigt om baren och servering var öppen och fick inget svar och frågade igen och fick en utskällning om att vi lika gärna kunde gåmöver gatan för att köpa oss något att dricka för dom hade verkligen inte tid. Detta hände flera gånger under kvällen. Jag aldrig upplevt något så otrevligt på ett inte helt billigt hotell med stora förväntningar
