Bel appartement Lucchese avec une vue imprenable de la terrasse principale au cours des anciens toits de la vieille ville, et au-delĂ  des belles collines de Lucques et montagnes de la Garfagnana. À l'intĂ©rieur des anciens murs et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Via Fillungo, la principale rue piĂ©tonne et commerçante Ă  Lucca, l'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ©. Promenez-vous Ă  la Piazza est pour un petit dĂ©jeuner tranquille et absorber une partie de la culture et de l'histoire de cette ville unique, avant de partir vers les collines pittoresques Lucca pour une randonnĂ©e de l'aprĂšs-midi. Pour les plus aventureux, les montagnes de la Garfagnana invitent, une rĂ©gion de beautĂ© naturelle exceptionnelle et pas plus de 40 minutes en voiture. Pendant l'Ă©tĂ©, les plages de Viareggio peut ĂȘtre atteint en environ 30 minutes. Ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre et passer la journĂ©e Ă  flĂąner dans les murs et les rues historiques, ou faire du shopping dans la vieille ville, oĂč vous trouverez fantastique variĂ©tĂ© et la valeur. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement qui est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour profiter au maximum de la belle ville de Lucca.Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la terrasse au calme avec vue sur les toits,la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et de maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale l'Ă©quipement de qualitĂ© dans tout l'appartement.Mais comme tout ne peut pas ĂȘtre parfait,les escaliers sont un peu raides et ne conviendraient pas Ă  des personnes un peu ĂągĂ©es.En rĂ©sumĂ©,je recommande cette location.

A wonderful stay in Lucca - the unit checked all the boxes - clean, well stocked, great location with accurate description and our host Cristiano was very helpful. This apartment was perfect in every way. Everything was very clean. The apartment was well equipped, the WiFi reliable. The upstairs terrace in spectacular! The location of the apartment was perfect, a short walk to the Lucca Wall or into to town and easy drop off / pick up for our transportation. Cristiano was very thoughtful and thorough, his walkthrough of the apartment upon our arrival was perfect. Highly recommend this apartment!

Rita's place was a real home. Great furnishings, comfortable king bed, effective AC, all the kitchen equipment you'd need, great balcony view, nice wall art, and Christiano just across the landing to help us with every question. We loved the location very near the social wine bar gatherings, but far enough away for it to be a quite night at #66. Short walk to the spendid Antifeatro where we ate three dinners, and very close to a wall entrance where we rode bikes. Thank you Rita for creating such a lovely place for us!

Great appartment

This is without doubt one of the most beautiful apartments in Lucca within its category. Featuring four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a marvelous terrace, and air conditioning throughout, it offers everything needed for a memorable stay. While there are a few minor details that could use attention — such as replacing the showerheads, and some other minor things — the overall quality and comfort are exceptional. Having visited many apartments in Lucca, this one stands out as the very best. We will certainly be returning.

We have had a great week in Lucca and in the apartment! The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a large balcony. The apartment is in the city center with café, restaurants and bars just around the corner. Cristiano responded quickly and was very helpful when we had questions. We took the train to beaches, Pisa and Cinqe terre. We rented a car to visit vineyards in the area around Lucca.

Amazing property!!

This two story flat is great! We had so much space. All the shops we went to in Lucca within 15 min walk. We used the trains to go to Pisa (30 min) and Florence (90 min). Shops and restaurants in Lucca great. Town is so beautiful. We loved walking the walk around the town too. While Rome and Florence were very crowded, Lucca was much less crowded and easy to traverse. Our property was terrific. Cristiano made sure we were always ok. Lucca was our favorite part of trip and this property was perfect for 5 person family.

Wonderful Lucca apartment!

This property is inside the historic walls and perfectly located, close to everything! The apartment had everything we needed - terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Lucca is a charming town with beautiful architecture, very good restaurants and cafes, and close to hiking in the hills and mountains. It was great to be able to get around without a car using the trains. We hope to be back!

Perfect in every way

My husband, two kids (9 and 11), and I stayed in this apartment for 1 month in August 2024. It was perfect! We loved every second and would go back to this same apartment in a heart beat. Months later we still talk about how we miss the apartment in Lucca. The apartment’s spacious and well equipped. We were worried about the air conditioning in August and this place did not disappoint. The rooms stayed cool, the air conditioning cooled the whole place.(we live in Florida USA for reference). The rooms were nicely appointed with plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was so wonderful for sitting with a drink and a book after a long day of sight seeing. Christano was so helpful. He went above and beyond at every turn. The location of the apartment is great and parking was a breeze. Sure there are stairs but it gave us a good workout to eat more delicious food. The apartment was quiet at night despite being close to the action. There is nothing negative we can say about this apartment. We look forward to returning one day and staying in this same place. It felt like home.

Das Apartment hat einfach eine Top Lage, dazu noch eine nach SĂŒden in die Hinterhöfe ausgerichtete und damit ruhige Dachterrasse. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und verabschiedet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die BĂ€der groß. Auch sonst eine tolle Ausstattung, zum Beispiel mit ausreichend Geschirr, einer sehr gut funktionierenden Heizung und gemĂŒtlichen Einrichtung. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und können nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen!

Have been going to this apartment for several years and love it. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Shaded terrace with lovely views a big plus. Cristiano is always so helpful and welcoming. His home- made pizza the best we’ve ever tasted!

Lovely flat over 2 floors. Beautiful views from the balcony, Had absolutely everything we needed. Really useful to have a washing machine and air con. 2 things to bear in mind. There are 4 flights of stairs and they are quite steep. Also I initially when booking thought there was parking but old lucca has a small amount of paid parking spaces and then only parking for local residents. It is possible to find free parking spaces outside of the town walls but normally this is a 10 minute walk. The area is beautiful and we would definitely visit again. Lucca is packed full of interesting buildings and perfect for pottering. We also enjoyed the beaches down by Viareggio and walks up near Bagni de lucca. Christiano lives next door and met us on arrival to show us the flat and was super helpful. In summary: amazing flat. Great facilities. Lovely area. And wonderful Italian food and weather! Thank you :)

Spacious and Comfortable

My husband, cousin and I spent 9 days in this beautifully appointed apartment. Near the Amphitheatre, the neighborhood has the right combination of liveliness, proximity to good restaurants and bars, and shopping. The balcony provides a wonderful view above the tiled rooftops of Lucca and the perfect spot for a glass of wine and outside dining. The apartment also has easy access to the city wall. Rita Doyle was always very helpful and quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival and Cristiano was most helpful in getting us settled. Vacationers should note that there are several flights of steps up to the third-floor apartment which could be problematic for older guests. However, it’s well worth the effort to stay in such a comfortable and spacious abode.

Greatest place to stay in Lucca

We had a great stay. The apartment is fully equipped and has the best position in lucca city centre. Many shops and attractions nearby.you can park for free close to the house. Rita and Cristiano are very kind and helpful. I higly recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Lucca. We come back there every year for Lucca Comics and we always choose to stay at Rita's apartment. Thank you Rita and Cristiano!

Beautiful apartment close to everything

Really beautiful apartment. More beautiful than the pictures can show. The location is perfect. Central and a short distance to everything, but still quiet. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The communication with Cristiano was very good. Can really recommend the apartment to families, or to friends traveling together as we did. We really appreciated that there were two bathrooms and plenty of space to retreat a little for some quiet time alone.
