"Casa OLIMPIA" is a charming apartment located in an ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Lucca within its medieval walls.
The views of the large windows give light to the rooms and look at an ancient church, now used for art exhibitions and classical music concerts, and the Piazza del Suffragio where the Luigi Boccherini music school is located, from which it is possible to listen in the background for several hours of the day enjoyable classical music. The apartment has coffered ceilings in typical Lucchese wood, very high, large windows with splendid views and offering lots of light. A library has been created from an ancient stone portal.
The apartment consists of a comfortable kitchen in wood and Carrara marble and equipped with an electric oven, microwave, five-burner hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and complete accessories. The living area consists of a large sofa, two comfortable reading armchairs, an antique dining table with 4 seats, a 42 ”flat screen TV, decoder and DVD. This area is communicating with an enchanting terrace equipped for pleasant breakfasts or dinners in absolute privacy.
The bedroom is large with a king-size double bed, two bedside tables, sliding wardrobe and a large mirror. In the bathroom there is a large shower with glass door, sink, toilet, bidet and an antique cabinet. Other closet in the hallway and washing machine.
