Whether you are on holiday or on a business trip, you can enjoy the tranquillity of ROGGIA 2, a one-bedroom apartment a few hundred meters away from the lakefront of Lugano with a large garden accessible from the living room and bedroom!

Enjoy the outdoor spaces and have your breakfast in the garden; you may also have your lunch or dinner at the elegant table of the living area: the white open kitchen, in contrast with the black leather sofa, will help you cook your meals as if you were at home, equipped with all the accessories and appliances! The double bedroom is comfortable and furnished in bright colours; the colourful bathroom helps relaxation, with its shower with hydromassage jets. It can ideally host 2 people, up to 3 or 4 persons: the sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)! Leave your car parked, if you want to visit Lugano you won't need it: in 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the historic center!

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
