The cottage is located 5 minute walk from the centre of the village in close proximity of Lymm Dam. Versatile accommodation for any number of scenarios/ family events/ special occasions to suit the tourist, the businessman or a family simply needing to vacate the family home for building renovations.

The entrance hall gives access to a lounge/ diner, with feature fireplace and a large kitchen beyond, which leads outside to a private courtyard.

Upstairs, there are two well proportioned bedrooms with one providing an additional storage area for those who pack for all eventualities.

The bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with a three price suite and shower.

Apple TV and Prime included. Steam iron, ironing board, hairdryer are provided. Tea and coffee sachets available. Bed linen and towels included for your convenience. There is also fast broadband.

Logistically, Lymm is well placed for motorway network, Manchester international airport and cities of Manchester, Liverpool and Chester are within 30 miles.

We enjoyed our stay the cottage is very convenient to the beautiful village of Lymm, wifi was faultless and parking adequate, the communication with the host Matt was excellent and facilities clean and functional, there is a public clothes dryer at the Lymm truck stop 5 minutes drive away so not a problem, all in all a pleasant stay and a perfect location in a lovely part of England Happy days Adrian & Seela

Great Location

The property is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location to explore the local countryside, Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. Lacks a bit of storage space in the bathroom and main bedroom, but overall a good value find in a pretty village by a canal.

Lovely short break

The perfect property for us to stay in for a few nights with our two young children while visiting family who live in Warrington. Our newly walking 11 month old had plenty of space to wonder around safely. Lymm is a beautiful town with everything you need there. The communication with the owners was fab and very quick to respond. We loved it, thank you!
