Perfect for business travellers or tourists exploring the city of Lyon. Easily accessed, main roads nearby. Large renovated house including both 2 other lodgings rented by the year (upstairs) & 1 adjoining gîte for 5 people (2 bedrooms). Gîte for 6 people, on 3 levels, light, comfortable & well equipped. Ground floor : small covered area before entering, living room (kitchen & dining areas, lounge area with single sofa bed & large screen TV). WC (washbasin). 1st floor : 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room including WC. 2nd floor : 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 single bed). Bed linen & towels supplied at no extra charge. Cot & high chair on request. Outdoors : small terrace with barbecue at the back, large shared and enclosed courtyard (gate) with parking for 2-3 cars. The 2 gîtes can be booked jointly for family gathering (11 people).
