An ideal base for our short but sweet stay in Lyon. Close to public transport straight into the centre, lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Fantastic reception staff happy to help with local recommendations and sightseeing highlights. Comfy and immaculate room, and a lovely breakfast to send us off for an early train.

Staff was very good and bilingual and spoke English. Very accommodating with putting medication in the refrigerator since rooms did not have refrigerators. Rooms were adequate however very small. The property appeared to be recently remodeled.

Although the hotel was newly opened the staff were brilliant. The staff did their best to help us even with teething problems! The room was clean and comfortable too.

Un 3* bruyant

Arrivée dans la soirée, l’accueil a été minimaliste : carte de la chambre avec le numéro, j’ai du demandé comment y aller. Aux environs de minuit, un bruit envahissant et fort d’une porte type rideau de fer qui est actionné. Ce bruit a été répété 2 autres fois aux environs de 7h du matin. A chaque fois le bruit a été intense et long. Je veux vient que le réceptionniste soit pas très causant, passons, mais être dérangé par un bruit intempestif dans un hôtel 3*, ça passe pas vraiment. Je ne prendrais pas une chambre dans un bâtiment industriel. La qualité de la chambre, sa propreté sont nettement à la hauteur, surtout qu’on voit qu’elles viennent d’être refaites.

Très surpris par le standing de l'hôtel, son niveau d'équipement. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir d'autant qu'il est situé dans un quartier de Lyon vraiment agréable.
