Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

O hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são gentis e solícitos. No entanto, a estrutura é velha o que gera alguns desconfortos, o chuveiro tem uma qualidade ruim, baixa pressão. O hotel possui apenas 2 elevadores , quase todo o dia algum deles apresentava problemas o que gerava longas esperas.
