Super convenient to visit Machu Picchu. We had very early departures both days and they provided box breakfast the night before so we could take them with us. They also stored our luggage on our departure day while we did our hike. Super helpful and friendly, good value, clean room. Highly recommend.
Really nice and accommodating staff. Fantastic location. Short walk to the train station and shuttle bus ticket office. Right next to the shuttle bus boarding lines. Recommended.
Misleading information. This is not a hotel but a hostel. The walls of the room are made of glass, into the hallway, so forget about privacy. You can hear the words pronounced by your neighbors. Bathroom window goes into the hallway, so anyone walking by can hear all you do in the bathroom. Water hotdly lunewarm. Steps way too steep, you'd have to step sideways. Stay away.
The hotel is 2 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Our tour was early and he gave us a bagged breakfast the night before so we could eat and let us leave bags in the room so he could store them for us while we were out.
Great hotel, especially if visiting Machu Piccu early in the morning. The staff were knowledgeable, and gave very good advice and directions to the bus stop (which is only two minutes away). Our entrance time was very early and they brought breakfast bags to our room the night before take with in the morning.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Lots of stairs and unfortunately the hot water wasn’t hot at all. The staff were helpful about direction but room could be better for the price paid.
Great location, safe, quiet. We slept great and it was very walkable around Aguas Calientes. Only challenge was finding the owner of the hostel sometimes because we didn't know he also managed the cafe downstairs. Once we knew that, it was easy to find him, and he's very friendly.
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. But this property is a hostel. Not a hotel as advertised by Expedia. Room is quite basic. The most challenging part was that we couldn’t get hot water working despite following the property instructions.
The location is convenient but this is a small town and pretty much everything is walkable. So it was not as important a factor as we thought when we made the reservation
There is no AC and I don’t think the amenities are not at par with 3 star hotel. Not many breakfast options and not feel like I got value for my buck as I paid 117$ for two nights

The owner Deliberto is very nice, kind and the location is the best. But you better choose the upper floor if you wnat to sleep with a quiet environment. Over all is excellent.
I will stay this hotel again next time.
Thank you!
Amazing stay. Steps from the bus station to Machu Picchu and a very short walk to the train station. Edilberto, the owner, was absolutely terrific. He welcomed us personally, went out of his way to get breakfast for us to take with us on our early morning bus, and watched our belongings while we went up to the site. A truly warm and caring gentleman. Perfect location, good night of sleep, and terrific host. We loved it!
A clean, warm place to stay. Hosts had a packed breakfast ready for us the night before our early morning Machu Picchu visit and then a nice breakfast in the restaurant for us the second day.
Hotel is perfectly located for the MP bus station.
Only real issue was the hallway lights shining into the room and noise from the hallway, otherwise basic, but very comfortable.
Very kind owner helped me with a variety of recommendations and went above and beyond wherever he could. There are no frills, but you pay a fair price for a clean room with hot water and a bag lunch.
