When we entered the apparent, we found the door was hard to open, the door lock was jammed on door frame, when we turned the lights on only 2 out of 5 worked, some of the cupboard doors wouldn't close, the carpet and curtains were dirty, the verandah windows were not clean, the beds are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through mattress top, one of the kitchen chairs was broken, the shower rose hose was broken, it looked like mould on the ceiling, and the shower floor tiles are covered with lime scale, the partition door wooden louvres have broken and missing louvres. The unit is in a 4 star hotel and is not to blame for the poor condition of the unit. We contacted the agent about the condition of the unit the following day, they sent over the electrician and cleaner, they then came the next day and replaced the lights, repaired the cupboard door and cleaned the windows. The unit still requires the remaining work before it is let again. We request a full refund for our stay.
