Booked a cabin on here but when I got there since it was a last minute booking it turned out to not be available and ended up getting a room. Slept two nights there, my daughter dropped a toy and it went under the bed and when my husband moved it under the mattress there were a bunch of bugs. We decided then and there that morning to pack our things and leave. Staff was nice but when checking and asking for a refund they said we couldn’t because it wasn’t 24hrs before even though I showed a picture of the bugs. They proceeded to say they would contact me on Monday to see if I could get a free one night stay and I haven’t heard anything from them.

Very disappointed. Got put in a run down motel, bugs and dirty. Toilet clogged etc. cabins that I thought I was getting looked much nicer. Location was okay

Cabins were run down and dirty, tons of garbage under the porches. Parking is a mess.Bugs all over the cabins, broken blinds and old disgusting furniture. At checkin the lobby reeked like weed. Read the Google reviews for accurate reviews of this place and book somewhere else.

Looks nice on the outside, but beware entering your space. The rooms are disgustingly filthy. Do not touch carpeted floors barefoot. Be careful of mold and mildew in the shower area. No place to put soap or shampoo while showering, except in the floor of the shower. At least the toilet was clean. Had to ask for a lightbulb in order to shave/put on makeup. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re homeless! The water park is gross and no life guards, my grandson slipped and fell and busted his head open because there is something grimy and slimy on the floor. Our cabin smelled of mildew and just wasn’t clean. So disgusting and disappointing. Way too expensive for what should be a low end hotel not more than $50/night should be charged. The floors in the cabin were so dirty our feet were discolored- yuck yuck and yuck

We stayed in the “Honeymoon Suite”. The room wasn’t bad. It smelled damp when we walked in. Carpet was old and worn. One of the outlets looked burned and a light looked burned as well.

I like the cabin look. The first family cabin we were assigned didn’t have hot water and the windows in the front entrance had dead flies so the windows were not cleaned. We were moved to another cabin. The sofa in the 2nd cabin looked really worn and sunken and no extra blanket or pillows provided. The cabins were not worth the $462. I paid.

Think twice before staying here. Power in room is sketchy. 1 tv doest work. Plugs loose and not enough of. Had to find towels from housekeeper. Check in staff not friendly at all.
