Check in was fast and courteous. Our room was very nice. Bedding was clean and very comfortable. The coffee was great. The breakfast was great. The staff in the kitchen/ dining area went above and beyond. They were so attentive and helpful. Check out was fast. Overall, extremely satisfied. We would definitely stay here again.

I requested a room on first or second floor. No rooms available on first so i requested a room closest to the stairwell as i travel with a pet that will not ride the elevator. I was put in 216 which was no where near the stairs. I was booked for 4 days and the hotel was empty 2 of those days. Alao the fridge in the room would not get cold. Spoiled my meat & yogurt that i had in the fridge. Left a day early because of the room situation that i had already paid for.
