Dirty!! There were bugs that looked liked cockroaches on the wall in the bedroom and on the floor in the bathroom. when I opened the sliding door to enter the pool area, there was a huge dirty dust glob that came out of the door slide. staff was nice. Would not recommend or go back.

I spent one night with my family including two children. I found the staff to be friendly and the property was clean. Since I had children we went to the pool and found that one of the pool ladders actually came out of the cement deck. The arcade room had one working video game. When we went to take showers this morning, the only temp of the tub water was barely lukewarm. The sink had hot water but not too easy to bathe a 7 & 8 yo in a sink. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Overall appearance was dated, especially the bathrooms in the rooms.

Clean and quiet. The handles on the showers are really hard to pull to start the water, but everything works well enough. Rooms could be better vacuumed there was a pretzel and some hair and fingernail clippings around the edges of the room. Staff is very nice. Hotel manager is chill, approachable, easy going (and easy on the eyes lol) Breakfast is decent but no gf options for cereals/breads/pastries/etc. Best option ive found in the madison area for the price range.
