The construction (renovation) is still ongoing on all floors, and they should not open the rooms to the public until they are renovated to a level where people can stay there. The first room they gave us was very smelly, the carpet had nasty stains like dog poops and was intolerable, and we couldn't enter it. We requested a room change and were given another room, but the same issue persisted. We got out immediately and changed hotels altogether. We lost more than a couple of hours during this period, which resulted in hectic and inconvenient changes to our travel plan.

There was limited sound protection between rooms so people upstairs and in room next door could be easily heard which disrupted sleep. The carpeting was very dirty with a large stain on the floor in my room. The property was in the midst of renovations and doors were off the hinges just leaning against a wall (vulnerable to falling over) in the hallway on my floor and the hallway carpeting was littered with what appeared to be white drywall chunks. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. There were only apples available for breakfast @ 7:30 AM and limited offerings (no yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc.). The property rated very well on Expedia which is why we selected it but it was marginal at best with the ratings being way off. On a positive note, the evening check in clerk (Mary) was very nice.
