OUR OVERALL STAY WAS GOOD.COULD HAVE HAD A CHANGE IN BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS GOOD.THE TOILET WAS RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE,I HAD TO ASK FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE TOILET AND I KEPT FORGETTING BECAUSE I WAS SO BUSY BUT EVENTUALLY THE TWO GUYS CAME AND CLEANED IT.I WAS UPSET BECAUSE I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT.THE ROOM HAD A SMELL IN IT,I LOOKED AT TWO AND BOTH HAD SMELLS.I WAS OFFERED FOR THE ROOM TO BE SPRAYED WITH AIR FRESHENER BUT I DECLINED BECAUSE I HAD DISINFECTANT SPRAY AND AIR FRESHENER.

We were there for 3 nights. We asked (politely) the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk attendant woman (dressed in animal print) for room service for our second night. She looked at me like I was insane. Our sheets were NOT changed, etc. We had to get our own fresh towels. The exercise "facility" needs updating and made to be cooler. The plus for this property are the fresh water and coffee in the lobby, however. Bryan is nice in the breakfast room.

Relaxing sleep easy and friendly

From the front desk am to the pm staff, they were professional yet friendly!😊 I will be coming back up in July and will be staying there, thank you for accepting dogs, my son has autism and anxiety his dog is his emotional support when he gets overwhelmed and stimulated. Thank you!

The ability to either cancel my stay or shorten it was unavailable. Due to family emergency. There should be a way to perform either of tasks. I will not be using Hotels.com anymore. If the facility doesn't supply a phone number to make a reservation directly, I will find another hotel. I DID NOT STAY EITHER NIGHT.

Comfy beds, clean, great weekday price. Even had grippers on the floor of the bathroom so you don't slip, even though it's a small bathroom. Just tub/shower and toilet. Didn't try the pool. Decent hot breakfast. Will stay again.
