Amazing hotel. One of the nicest I've stayed in for a long time. Western contemporary design which was first class in every detail down to the bath products chosen and used in the shower. The common spaces were so nice. The place was spotless and warm. Food was great. Parking, location, you name it. There wasn't a thing I could nit pick and say they could have done better. Well done all the way around. Owners and staff should be very proud. I've stayed in hotels across the country on all levels. One of the best.

This is a fairly new establishment and, clearly, there are things still being sorted out. For example, the automatic front doors were not functioning properly. The heating system in the room did not function properly. We did not like the bathroom. The automatic, motion sensor, bright light in the bathroom was very disconcerting in the middle of the night.

The room we stayed in had a mini kitchenette very modern and nice finishes. Everything you would need if staying longer than one night. The room was extremely clean and modern with a twist of country flair. No carpeting in the room which we appreciated. The free breakfast buffet was better than your average free breakfast: make your own waffles & pancakes, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, sausage links, seasoned potatoes, biscuits & country gravy. We enjoyed our breakfast sitting next to the fireplace in the dining area which was warm & cozy. I would have given them 5 stars but our room was located on the back of the hotel facing a mound hill so there was no view to speak of (disappointing). I would recommend when booking the room request a room facing the front of the hotel vs the back. Overall, we were very pleased with our overnight stay.

My friends and I loved everything about this place. It was clean and quiet, the staff was great, and we loved that they served hot breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the lounge in the evenings. If we are ever in the area again we would most certainly stay here. Highly recommend this place.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was smooth. The staff is extremely friendly! Close to food/grocery/gas and easy access to the highway. I will definitely be staying here again on my travels.

The Bunkhouse was a great a great place to stay. The people at the desk were friendly and very helpful. We were really very comfortable in our bed and we actually needed heat and the AC and Heater unit was easily to set. I gave clean a little gig because the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The grout around floor was black and moldy. Luckily we aren't allergic to molds. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of selection, all the normal stuff and pancakes, waffles, and really good sausage gravy and biscuits, and pancakes. It was a little hard to find though. The Bunk House and Cross Keys are two separate hotels right next to each other.

Stopped here on our way home from Portland. Friendly, welcoming staff. Went to nearly establishments and also extremely friendly and welcoming. I thought it would just be a random stop on a long drive home, but I cannot wait to come back.

The hotel is only a couple of years old. It has a beautiful, modern, western theme. The staff was very welcoming. It would be a nice touch if they offered a a couple of wine choices. The lounge/lobby area and upstairs patio would be the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass. If you do plan on extended stay, be advised that the drawers on the furniture do not open. We would definitely stay again.
