Charming Principe Pio is a fantastic, completely renovated apartment designed to provide you with the best experience during your stay. It is located on the ground floor of a residential building. Upon entering the residence, you will be welcomed by a charming open-plan living-kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, and you have a comfortable sofa and a smart TV to relax after an intense day exploring the city. On this main floor, you will also find a spacious room with a 160x190 cm bed and a full bathroom. On the lower floor of the accommodation, you will discover another spacious room with a 180x200 cm bed and another full bathroom, creating an intimate space separate from the rest of the house and offering plenty of privacy.

The Príncipe Pío area in Madrid is an exceptional location that offers a unique combination of historical charm, modern amenities, and convenient access to some of the city's main attractions.

Shopping enthusiasts can explore the Príncipe Pío Shopping Center, which houses a wide range of fashion and entertainment stores.

GETTING AROUND

The apartment is located in the city center of Madrid, and you will have the option to walk to various tourist areas. The area also has excellent public transportation connections, including the Príncipe Pío train and metro station, allowing guests to easily explore other parts of Madrid and its surroundings.

Bus Line 46 (stop 100 meters from the residence): This line has stops at Plaza de España and along Gran Vía.
