The AC was very old equipment and the bottoms were broked. The carpet dirty and the furnished need an upgrade. They need to request guess over 21 a lot under age I feel like I was in Cancun instead os Madrid.

A classic European hotel. Rooms quiet and very clean. Rooms a bit small. Bed was a bit too soft. Some of the staff speak English, some were less helpful. Located centrally near many interesting sites, great restaurants and shopping. If you are not Spanish speaking it might be a little difficult to figure out where the parking is.

Great hotel

The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very old property that is and has been under renovations for several months. They have no idea of what customer service means.

The reception clerk was arguing loudly with the head supervisor of housekeeping on the phone in front of us for like 7 minutes, while he he was processing our room assignment. It was very uncomfortable. He was apparently upset. Other than that, property Is clean, housekeeping staff is super nice and the location is spectacular. Good bargain. Is dated but in good conditions. Make sure you get all the information before you include your Breakfast Buffett.

Avoid this place , at least my room the carpet is from 1940. Very old everything inside room , jus two electric outlets . if you're lucky You will get one of the renovated room, the lobby look like a Human Resources old factory. The only better thing is the location , across the RIU hotel And Plaza de Esoańa

Apartment hotel but kitchen not well stocked. A kettle would have been nice. Soundproofing for outside (Plaza de Espana) but not so much between rooms.
