The staff is wonderful!! Terrible Wi-Fi constant reconnection constant constant!! Showerheads need to be redone water comes out and very dangerous you can slip! Hotel needs a makeover!

The hotel staff was amazing. The front desk was exceptional. I had problems with my room at first but the service provided by DiDi was amazing. Didi represented the hotel with excellence. I will stay there again because of the service I was given.

Not really a 4 star hotel.

Rundown, worn-out building with equally terrible furniture. The neighborhood is not very nice either.

Check in and out was quick and easy. They also held our bags for us after check out so we could do some sightseeing before leaving town. It’s right by the train station for easy access to Madrid, and also to the main shopping area in town. It’s easy to walk to restaurants in the area. The breakfast was great.

Great hotel

Fantastic location especially End of November with the wonderful Christmas theme in Torrejon. Very clean hotel, friendly staff who are willing to help anyway they can. Would definetely stay again. We had a lovely family trip from UK

My family arrived around 11 pm and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. It took less than 10 minutes to get our room key and settled in our amazing room. We did find that the floor in a certain area to be slightly squeaky. However, it was an overnight stay so it wasn't too much of a deal. We slept well.

Airport shuttle service deceiving .. I could Uber cheaper than taking an airport shuttle and could not even book an adequate time for shuttle 8 am full so they told me I’d have to do 6:30 am with others.. and even though less than 4 passengers, still was going to charge per room.. seems quite inadequate on customer service when advertising near airport

Hotel was nice and clean. When going to wander in the neighborhood, your Spanish language has to be good to communicate. Practically no one spoke English. This area was kind of an industrial area away from Madrid center but close enough to the airport.
