Very clean. A really nice vibe, the people that were in the same room as me were very very cool and easy to talk to, the staff was always very polite and helpful with everything that we needed. The location is PERFECT, around 11-14 min away from Gran Via, literally in front of the museo Reina Sofía, many restaurant options, the buffet that they have included in the breakfast fee is very well sorted and worth the extra money.
