To start the pool was closed and I believe that part of the hotel is used for long term rentals. Possibly to house illegals. Again not sure. The beds were firm, I mean firm! Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. No concerns with my safety, but they do have a crap load of security cameras.

They need to have more shuttle seats available for trip to airport. My flight was scheduled at 1 pm but the shuttle slots available were either at 7.30 am or 11am. I was considering taking a cab (readily available) for a more reasonable waiting time at the airport but was able to take an earlier flight which took care of the problem. Breakfast and dinner buffet were both excellent.

The hotel staff was not polite, no accurate with the information provided, i guess the hotel has homeless people living inside wich is no safe, and shuttle bus the driver was distracted driving and unprofessional. I won't recommend this property. The only good part is close to the airport.

Convenient for one night near the airport They have a shuttle service which was good I didnt use it at arrival because i didnt knew how to take it or how long and we ended up arriving at the same time with my taxi, but for my airport return i took it and it was very well organized The area around is awful, so dint expect to leave on foot. Many ubers services for food are available I wpukd recomment for overnights when you need to leave early for airport or too late at night specially with all the issues at the barajas airport

The place is rated as suite, when is really a motel. The TV was a 17inch and very low, they disconnect the antena. Air-conditioned didnt get cold. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet hard to reach and the hooks of the towels almost in the ceiling. Half of the building looked like public housing. For a Melia group was not to their standards.

I booked the hotel for the “ free shuttle “ to and from the airport . I needed a ride to the hotel when I arrived at the airport , I called the hotel multiple times but no answer . I had to take an Uber to get me to the property . I inquired about the free shuttle , was told “ The shuttle is available SOMETIMES” not all the time “ . This is not mentioned in the hotel services description . Same thing happened the next day , was told no shuttle to take me to the airport . Very disappointed . Will never book this hotel again .

We booked the facility as they claimed airport shuttle was included. we had a long layover at Madrid arriving at 10pm and leaving next morning at 10am. After we arrived, we waited 45 minutes and shuttle did not arrive. We made multiple attempts to call the hotel but no one really picks up the phone so we could not figure out how long to wait. We had to take the taxi. When we reached hotel, we were told that shuttle was already booked for hours prior to our departure time and only time available would have put us at the airport 3.5 hours early. So we had to book a taxi again. For the size of the hotel, they have a very small shuttle so chances of accommodating everyone that needs it are very slim. We spent another 45 euros for back and forth taxi. If we had known this, we would have gone elsewhere.

Did not live up to pictures and was an odd hotel. While lobby was nice and specific to the hotel, the building itself seemed to be half hotel, half low income housing. Seems like the hotel part may have been housing that was taken over, actually. The amenities listed, like pool and recreation area, appeared to be community amenities, not strictly hotel amenities. There seemed to be many residents there. Aside from 2 other hotels, in the same area there was other poorly maintained public housing (think broken windows, trash and broken furniture left outside, overgrown landscaping, etc) and some abandoned buildings as well. Not necessarily unsafe, but I didn't feel comfortable walking around and I feel bad for the families who live there. At the hotel: Staff were friendly. Room was clean in general, but the whole suite needed new paint badly. Every single wall was extremely scuffed up and down. I couldn't fathom what/how much they were moving around and hitting the walls that would mar them that badly, and lent to a dingy feel. Almost like they never painted after moving people out. The TV was small and placed too low to the ground. The couch fit 2 people max and was very old looking/not comfortable. Furniture was ok. No outlets near the bed. The buffet at the restaurant was very limited and unappetizing looking, especially for 19€/person. We ate at the Crown Plaza which was table service and more affordable. In the future I'd pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

We stayed at a Meliá hotel in Madrid, and while the property offers convenient proximity to the airport, there are several points worth noting. Ground transportation is included, which is a plus, but we found it unreliable—shuttles didn’t always arrive at the scheduled time, and large groups of guests were often left waiting. The surroundings offer little to explore or enjoy, so it’s best suited for short stays or layovers. The breakfast, priced at €18, is quite basic for the cost. As for the rooms, they were oddly configured—despite being a party of two, we were given a room with four single beds, and the overall comfort was lacking. On the positive side, the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, which helped improve the overall impression. Suitable for a quick overnight stay, but not ideal for longer visits.

BEWARE: This Hotel is not at the Airport. It is NOT conveniently located. Airport shuttle only runs 7:30am and 11am in the morning. Uber will be around 12Euro to the airport. We experienced RUDE Reception. You have to pay 24 EURO to checkin earlier than 4PM. The only restaurant is open late, like 1:30pm for lunch and 7:30pm for dinner, caters for locals, not international tourists.
