The hotel is excellent but the staff exceded my expectations, from the guy at the entrance to the lady at the front Desk, and the guys at the bar and at the restaurant.

This hotel was super clean, and in a great location. It is pretty much walking distance from the main area. The service and staff was amazing. However, it was just a little loud at night due to the noise coming from outside. Other than that, the hotel was a great choice. My favorite spot was the terrace on floor 6. Amazing view.

Near the Prado and good restaurants

Lovely hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Madrid. This is my favorite. Staff is friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is nice and has beautiful views from the terraces. My flight arrived very early, and I was lucky enough to get in my room. The location is convenient. Near the Prado and good restaurants.

An elegant hotel on the Gran Via. a short walk to the Prado or Puerto del Sol or Plaza Mayor. The staff is charming and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent.
