The room we stayed in was almost brand new. Everything was clean. Our rooms faced the courtyard (between buildings). Not much of a view, but it was very quiet. The hotel was the best hotel we stayed at on our recent vacation. It is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk to everything interesting. Great restaurants are located very close.

Great location for the money

The hotel is in a great location of Madrid. 15 min walk to Grande Via and 10 min walk to Sol. Loads of nice restaurants and shops around the hotel itself. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is pretty good and worth it. The rooms look like they’ve been newly renovated, as they were in prestige condition and I liked the interior. The only flaw were the mattress and pillows. Not to our liking however the hotel provided alternative pillows. We also had robes in our room and two Juliet balconies.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel, which is conveniently located. The staff were incredibly kind and, without us even asking, they upgraded our stay when they noticed we were traveling with our son. They surprised us with a larger room that had stunning city views. It truly made our visit special, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Loud tiny room

We paid for a double room and got a single room. My dad was a single person, but I’ve paid for a double occupancy my dad is also a senior and they didn’t help him with the bags to the room they did eventually move him, but what happened at check in didn’t make up for it The room next-door was really loud the whole night so there was no insulation in the rooms for sound. The toilet was so small in the room. They placed him that he couldn’t even go to the bathroom comfortably
