I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid. The reception we received from the staff was very courteous and professional and the room itself was well-appointed. The hotel is on Gran Via, right in the middle of activity but surprisingly, it was very quiet and private. This is a very modern, chic hotel but the cost was very budget-friendly. I can only say positive things about the property and would readily stay there again when in Madrid.

Great llocation for sightseeing

Great hotel location for sightseeing. Local eateries very average especially Baracca Paella restarant, but Honest Greens opposite hotel was great for healthy and very tasty breakfast options. Service response to my minor tea issue was excellent and showed great hotel response. TV volume in room was too restricted to 30% of max and could have been a little higher. Bathroom very spacious but room space a little tight. Noise from traffic on Grand Via was well restricted by double glazing. Overall highly recommended.

Great location - fantastic breakfast. Recommended!

Breakfast was great and the location was fantastic - my only complaint would be sometimes the noise from the streets would be a little annoying, but not the staff or hotels fault. The staff was very friendy and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay overall at Vincci the Mint!

Sadly, the last night of our European adventure was about to come to an end, but thankfully, our last night was at the Hotel Vincci The Mint. I wish we had more time to explore the wonderful city of Madrid and spend more time at the hotel. First worth mentioning is the decor of this hotel; it was unique and special, and the staff was amazingly friendly and kind. The city was filled with holiday lights, a nearby Christmas market, and many shopping options. Thank you, Madrid, for a wonderful albeit short adventure

Stay and meal at Vincci Mint Madrid

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a great location. Bed was very clean and comfortable and room was decent size. The breakfast was good. Al a carts and nicely served. We brought our family back for dinner in the hotel. The food came and it was all cold. There were six of us including two children. Chicken burger was not cooked in the middle. In fairness staff tried their best but they were understaffed. We were the only diners. One of our party requested a glass of wine three times but it never came. It was disappointing when we had invited our family and expected good service and meal The reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Especially Juanjo and Yanet
