Hilltop farmhouse with pool and sea view

A 250 sqm country house set in the hills near Pereta (Magliano in Toscana), with a swimming pool open from June to October (7 x 14 m; one half is 3 m deep and the other half is 1.5 m deep, making it more suitable for children).

The property enjoys beautiful sea views over Monte Argentario, Talamone and Montecristo, and is surrounded by a large one-hectare garden with a barbecue area. The garden is fully fenced, so our four-legged friends are, of course, always welcome.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and features **four double bedrooms**: two with double beds and two with single beds that cannot be joined together. All the bedrooms have lovely views over the Maremma countryside, and one also has a sea view.

There is a comfortable living room with a working fireplace, with firewood provided on site, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking are available. **Weekly house cleaning is included in the price**, while more frequent cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

There is **no washing machine** at the property, but there is a laundromat in Scansano.

Amenities include a dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, two wood-burning fireplaces, Moka coffee maker, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster, large SMEG refrigerator and air conditioning.

For entertainment, the house also offers a selection of board games and children’s games, plenty of books, a ping-pong table and beach tennis rackets.

Lovely oasis in the Maremma hillsides

We had a wonderful stay at Desiree's villa. The position is outstanding, with beautiful sea vistas. The villa was spacious and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent. A very positive experience and we can't wait to return!

Was the best property I have stayed at!!!

This was a spectacular experience for me and also my two kids. We have rented places in the US, France and now Italy. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. She was super responsive. The property is just a really special place with a great story. We will be back!!!

I hesitate to review this beautiful home, as I would love to keep it entirely for myself! The house is set in an enviable position on top of one of the hills overlooking the sea and the Maremma plains with spectacular sunsets. The gardens are extensive, thoughtfully and prettily planted, with the pool well-situated away from the house. Inside the design and the decoration reflect the family's interests, with lovingly collected pieces of art and artifacts. The kitchen is large and well-furnished, and the bedrooms and bathrooms airy, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Apart from the small lack of a washing machine (we had two children with us who can get messy!) the property is totally charming, perfect for escape and relaxation. Scansano has a good supermarket as well as the usual negozi, and Pereta possibly the sweetest little hilltop village in Tuscany, with a wonderful trattoria. We will much look forward to a return visit, Inshallah.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, der Garten ist super gepflegt, genauso der Pool,die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer klein bis auf eines,das sehr schön und groß ist. Die Personen, die uns betreut haben sind sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Traumhaus in wunderschöner Alleinlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Wir haben es geliebt, dass wir die Anlage für uns alleine hatten und das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist gemütlich ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Pooltücher und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist auf einer Seite etwas tiefer. Davon waren unsere Kinder sehr begeistert. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und das Leitungswasser ist nicht trinkbar. Damit haben wir uns aber schnell arrangiert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war toll, sie hat uns unterstützt und war schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Haus an einer tollen Lage

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns daheim in diesem tollen Haus, es ist sehr schön und wertig möbliert. Der Kontakt mit Desiree war von Anfang an ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und auch der Empfang war gut organisiert und hat bestens geklappt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Pool riesig und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist ausgerüstet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Haus entspricht dem Inserat. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den freundschaftlichen Kontakt mit Desiree, sie gab uns ganz tolle Tipps, sei es für Restaurantbesuche, schöne Strände und lokale Weindegustationen, vielen Dank dafür! Auch unser Hund hat sich in dem eingezäunten Garten äusserst wohl gefühlt, es war für uns alle eine sehr entspannte Woche. Wenn immer möglich buchen wir dieses Haus sehr gerne wieder und können es vorbehaltslos empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für alles, Desiree!

Ideale per un soggiorno rigenerante

La casa è un sogno: accogliente, pulita, fornita di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno confortevole. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per Capodanno, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina, ma in primavera/estate mi immagino quanto sia piacevole trascorrere il tempo nel bellissimo giardino a bordo piscina. La vista è incantevole e si spinge fino al mare. Non ultimo: la proprietaria è gentilissima ed attenta. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorre del tempo di qualità in compagnia.

Ein Traum in der Toskana

Wunderschönes, ruhiges und grosszügiges Anwesen eingebettet in den Hügeln der Toskana. Angenehmer und äusserst professioneller Kontakt zu der Agentur. Betreuung vor Ort vorzüglich. Das riesige Anwesen ist rundum eingezäunt. Der Pool ist rund 14 m lang und hat zwei Tiefen (ca 120 und 210 cm). Der Garten wird gepflegt, der Gärtner kommt ca 2-3 x die Woche vorbei; giesst die Pflanzen und kümmert sich um die Grünfläche. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt- die gesamte Einrichtung verstreut das toskanische Flair. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einem Laden direkt in Pereta- sonst in Albinia. Zahlreiche Tagesausflüge (Saturnia, Märkte, Grosseto, Rom, Pisa, Florenz, Vada, Aqua Village etc) sind möglich. Der Strand von Gianella lädt zum gemütlichen Baden ein. Wir waren im Juli 23 für 2 Wochen mit 7 Personen und Hunden anwesend. Würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen und für den nächsten Toskanaurlaub auch wieder berücksichtigen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir, zwei Familien mit vier Kindern im Alter zwischen 9 und 12, hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Desiree's Haus. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern und bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick über die grünen Hügel der Maremma und bei klarem Wetter sogar bis zum Meer. Wir haben uns mit 2 Familien dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist schön groß. Die Kommunikation mit Desiree war herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Fabuleuse propriété en Toscane

Amazing place in Maremma: absolutely a dream

This is an amazing place few kilometers from Pereta, Magliano in Toscana and the seaside. The hills and the view around the house are like a dream. It is perfect place to relax, enjoy time with friends and discover Maremma. We will come back.
