Beautiful property, loved the indoor pool and spa services offered. Having 2 lawson stores in the lobby were very convenient. Having shuttles that could take you to the nearest train station was also very convenient and being able to find your way around was very easy with all the signage and help from all the staff.

Loved our hotel room view. However,the downside is that we had to pay extra money for pool usage and it was available during limited times. I would have expected for it to be included in a hotel stay as it wasn't exactly cheap rates to stay there.

Airport limousine bus worked well and it was close to the monorail for Disney. Comp breakfast was good and the restaurant did a great job accommodating a celiac diet for dinner.

So close to Disney - great for us late sleepers trying to get on Frozen in Fantasy Springs! Rooms are dated and a little run down - update needed!

Very convenient as it's right across from the Bayside Station. A good alternative if you cannot book a Disney hotel. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There's a Lawson right downstairs so it's perfect and convenient to grab some snacks before heading over to the park.

Highly recommend. Shuttle bus to monorail and train stations is great. Breakfasts were great. Staff so lovely and helpful. Wouldn’t definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean, quiet, safe, and great for families visiting Disney. The buffet restaurant had good dining and breakfast. Very easy access to the monorail station.
