The complex consists of 4 villas with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea private guarded. Located on a picturesque slope of the Crete island, the elegant and contemporary villas will offer you privacy and a comfortable stay in a cozy bay with a private beach. Each villa has terraces with panoramic views, a pergola with kitchen and grill, a dining area. Private swimming pools with fresh water and heating option.
The villa is built on three different levels.
The ground floor has an open space area of 59 sqm with a dining room, living room and a kitchen. Just outside the living room there is the swimming pool of 63 sqm with a sitting area and a dining area. There is also a space with sunbeds and umbrellas offering a magnificent view to the bay.
The first floor has the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor has 2 double bedrooms en suite and 2 twin bedrooms en suite, with all of the bathrooms offering walk in shower.
The common area of the complex is designed for various events and special family meals on a terrace with picturesque panoramas, which can be attended by up to 50 people. It has a kitchen with a grill, which can be used by the residents themselves, for catering services or by a personal chef.
There is a club car moving around the complex. Tell the staff, and in a few minutes you will be transported to the lower cluster, where a chapel, playground.
In the small picturesque complex, there is a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room and a freshwater shower.
