The pool area is very poorly maintained. The deck is falling apart. The staff was excellent, to bad about the pool area, that was what I was looking forward to and very disappointed.

Hotel is fantastic! Conveniently located right next to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, not at all what you see at Hyatt Hotels in the U.S. A variety of delicious local foods as well as fruits. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and professional, and always eager to please. We will definitely stay there again.
