We stayed her two nights a few days apart because it was close to the Manchester airport. Both nights we got in after 1 am. Staff was so friendly and patient. Gave us all the info we needed in a quick and easy checkin so we could get to sleep.

Very disappointed. This hotel clearly has extended stay guests that are government funded and felt like we were staying a halfway house. Daily odor of cigarettes and marijuana.

Our room was clean. The beds were not comfortable. Tub drain must have been clogged as the water from our showers went down really slow. Staff was good. Breakfast was okay, just needs some fresh choices and maybe better quality food choices. Such as eggs, meats and baked good are pretty bland and sub par quality.
