Check in lady had the worst attitude and didnt make check in pleasant ! Then they kicked our dogs out of the hotel and endangering their safety while we were out to dinner. No phone call! This has been the worst hotel experience we have had ever had!!! From how they spoke to us to how they handle any situation- unprofessional! We left and only was at the hotel for less than 4 hours! We had booked two nights and paid the dog fee! No refunds! When they are at fault for their misconduct and cruelty to our animals! Never returning!

The Concord Inn staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel is spotless. Unfortunately the pool is being renovated so it was closed and the only treadmill in the small gym was broken, although they did offer to set me up with the gym in the neighboring hotel. The area is a mix of residential and commercial. And while I never felt unsafe, there do seem to be a few sketchy people who wander up and down the street. But, all in all, a very good stay at a very reasonable price.

First was given a double when I booked a king, no big deal. Was moved to a room directly next to the elevator, extremely loud….front desk was very accommodating when I asked to change again. Third room was hot with a non-working fan and smelled of urine. Front desk was amazing and switched me again; this time to a much quieter room where I was able to rest for the remainder of my stay.
