Hotel staff is super nice, super fast check-in, room was ready, Super clean rooms and great housekeeping. Food is average. Rooms are on the small side. I did not like the area at all. Its chaotic and it feels unsafe to walk at night especially with teenage kids. Tons of homeless, drunk people, vaping and smoking. I would def not stay here again and would not recommend to any families with children.

The receptionist at check in was more interested in her AirPods than a check in. Room was freezing, duvet inadequate for the cold weather this time of year. The room was situated by some vents which sounded like hoovering sounds making for a poor nights sleep. The red accents in the room make this place look like a tacky brothel. Positive notes - close proximity to the city centre, parking situated right across the street.

This hotel was outstanding, the staff incredible and the breakfast gad everything we could want. The location makes it so easy to get around Manchester using buses and trams.

The hotel is stone’s throw away from the centre from the retail. It’s just a couple minutes walk to the tram lines and the parking. Checking was simple. Callum was very polite and friendly. The room was perfect for 4 and hotel is great location to the co op live and ethiad stadium. Two good size beds very comfortable no sofa beds much better for a group of or family of 4.

Great stay. Staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful.👍 Room very clean, plenty of heating, but very dark. Needs much more light though and TV not easy to operate at least for me. Restaurant dinner menu sadly wasn’t the same as what was on the website and what I wanted was unavailable. Didn’t have time to use the fitness centre.,”

Did not appreciate being made to wait at check in. 3 girls had a challenge in front with a payment issue. Fair enough. But the receptionist kept us all waiting whilst they phoned home and tried to rectify it. I asked if there was any other person in the back and the receptionist was short and refused. Why not make those girls stand aside while they resolved their issue? Why not ask someone from the back to come out and help us? Poor.
