The hotel has a curious feel to it. The rooms are good. It reminds someone of a hotel in Twin Peaks with a specific decor but it is strangely enchanting. I have stayed here often

The check-in process was quick, but the room itself was cold. I was given Room 233 on the first floor, just to the left of the stairs. When I arrived, the room was quite chilly. I turned on the heater, but it remained lukewarm even after some time because the control button wasn’t working properly. Since the phone in the room wasn’t working either, I had to go to reception for assistance. The receptionist advised me to turn the radiator knob to the highest setting (10) and helped fix the button issue. However, the radiator was still very slow in heating up the room, and I had to sit in my coat for quite a while before it became warm enough. On a positive note, the cleaner on our floor was very helpful. She changed the towels daily and regularly provided tea bags, coffee, milk, and other essentials.

Hotel ok and great location for city centre and Co-op live but it is looking a little tired and needs a revamp. No TV remote on room to begin with and had to try two more before found one that worked. Staff friendly and breakfast just ok.

Average hotel but you need to watch out with their parking policy. I stayed for 2 nights and paid for my parking. The hotel informed me that I input the wrong time on the parking by inputting am instead of pm, even though IF I did it actually wouldn't have cost any more!! The hotel have ignored this when I emailed them so I have a £60 PCN for the privilege. Parkmaven, the ones who issued the PCN have also completely ignored any contact. Many thanks guys! 👍👍👍 (I added some pictures proving that the parking I paid for would have covered my stay regardless of whether I put the am or pm leaving time. I.e. Fri night > Sun morning.)
