First, no mention of pet fee until we went to check in. Tom at the front desk was very nice. Lobby was nice. Hallway carpet a bit worn and hadn't been cleaned in some time. Unless there were some partying guests we didn't see. The shower pressure at times dropped to almost nothing and I don't take long showers. Usually Hampton inn is a great place and my go to for bookings. After this I may start booking elsewhere

I can’t believe this hotel charges $230 per night during peak season. The room furniture has clearly seen better days—it looks like it’s been in use for over 50 years. While it appears relatively well-maintained, it has obviously been used by many guests. This is definitely not a high-end, luxury-level experience. I was also a bit disappointed that there was no fluffy white robe, especially since I specifically booked a room that advertised this feature. In addition, the staffing levels need improvement. When I arrived at 4 PM, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The staff members are working very hard, but it seems the company is running the hotel with the bare minimum number of employees.

We came to this hotel to attend my brother's celebration of life. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet in the room although there were many travelers. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. We would stay here again - hopefully for a happier reason.

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Great breakfast for the price. Arrived late so hard to find parking. Had to park in the back, but did find a couple of parking spaces.

I asked for a tub I didn't have one they said that they don't communicate with Expedia and I should have called them directly. They clean the room every other day and never came the other day, so we put trash outside our door. Did not have enough supplies like toilet paper and towels. Someone overdosed inside. I paid completely for the trip through Expedia but they made me pay another $40 to hold the room ridiculous because I didn't have it on me through a credit card

Tom was very courteous and very pleasent when I checked in. He informed me of breakfast times and locations. Pool and gym locations. Tom asked if i wanted to know about any restaurants close by if I wanted to go out for the night. Tom is Truly in the right field of customer service even though my stay was for one night I would return.
