Derelict hotel room, the carpet wasn't vacuumed at check in, worn out walls, iron offered was faulty but was changed on request. The shower tray was not draining and remained an issue which the hotel management was unable to resolve throughout the 4 night stay. The ceiling of the corridor was leaking intermittently. Breakfast was average with minimal options, no offering of hot milk (even on request)

When we arrived in the room, the double bed was made but the sofa bed was not. There were no facilities in the room to make the bed so had to go to reception to get them to bring the sheets, duvet and pillows. Staff however were friendly and helpful at bringing this and were apologetic at the fact this had not been done. Breakfast was good but ran out of fruit early.
