Pleasant stay

A pleasant one night stay for me and my friend. Room was comfortable enough for two, we were impressed by the size of the shower and both slept well in our beds. We couldn't figure out the AC system so unfortunately had to keep it on the entire time, a little manual may have been helpful. Breakfast was standard, it was a Saturday morning so quite busy and a few things had run out. Overall, a good stay in a perfect location. If in Manchester again, I'd definitely consider this hotel.

Great Breakfast

Check in was relatively quick with a short queue. Staff explained all that was required.Stayed on 5th floor and when exiting lift was hit with a damp smell which continued along to the room.Hallway carpet was badly stained .Room had all that was required. Walls were patched up and required fresh painting. Good shower.Great breakfast included in price.

Good location hotel.

Hotel was in an excellent position for Arena venue and City Centre shops & pubs. Room was very clean and all staff throughout the Hotel were very nice and friendly.

The room was adequate but not very clean or well cared for. I called reception and housekeeping many times to request an ironing board and iron but after being ignored for over an hour I had to go to reception and request in person. They were clearing just ignoring the phone. Overall I just felt it was a lot of money for a very basic experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I've stayed here before. Check in easy, had time to relax a little bit before, I went to explore the city and the gig at the Co op arena. Funny thing was I had forgot my usual debit card. So has to use my phone. Which didn't work at barclays. I found another way. Gig was Epic but terrible to get back from. But it won't stop me staying here again.

Only glitch was breakfast It was a busy morning but the food was not of a good standard and staff could not keep up with demand. Queued and waited for a long time for hash browns which came out undercooked, no white bread for toast. Shame but this would not put me off staying again

The staff were friendly and allowed us to store our suitcases in their office on our last day after checkout. However the room wasn’t well kept and on arrival it smelt of unwashed people, like the bedding hadn’t been changed. The walls were chipped and stained, there was a hair on the pillow and red stains on the blanket that had ripped. The bathroom was pretty clean but the rest didn’t feel clean. It’s fine if you want a cheap place to lay your head for the night but not if you’re looking for somewhere nice or for a prolonged stay.
