Check in was terrible. 11.45 at night. Been travelling for hours, huge queue to check in and one of only 2 staff decides to go and start serving at the bar while the other one ( who has already been dealing with the same person for 15 minutes) is left to deal with the ever growing queue. Absolute nightmare.
