Five star

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful — they went out of their way to give us directions and provide useful information throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the AO Arena. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection, and the whole hotel had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect walking distance from bars, restaurants and the main shopping district. Its located beside Manchester Victoria Station, which is perfect for people using the direct BeeNetwork Tram to and from Manchester Airport.

Good location, easy to walk into the centre and also down a fairly quiet end of the street despite being so central. Didn’t really interact with staff as you can check in and check out independently, so not much to add there. Hotel doesn’t validate parking so the public car park nearby although safe is quite expensive!
