Very central, felt safe, cheap on site car park £20 for 24 hrs. Room was clean with a comfy bed, nice lighting and great view. Nice biscuits. Edges of the room a bit jaded. Long queue at reception to book in. There was road works outside which could be heard in the room and were ongoing until 00.30 on a Sunday night! We were told on arrival no water would be running on the Monday morning from 10am . No discount for either issue. Nice staff.

Amazing hotel staff, extremely helpful, came straight to the room when we asked them how to use the air con system, such a classy hotel directly in the middle of Manchester, the whole hotel was so clean and comfortable, bravo guys

The room was nice and spacious however the towels was dirty and stained. The shower head wasn't high enough to cover my partner who is 6 foot tall, he had to bend to get under the shower. The bath wasn't non slip, the room was very basic. Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel

Not great. Tired, run down hotel. Breakfast ok but rooms need some TLC. Also shower is not suitable if youre over 5 and a half foot and the shower caused a leak all over the bathroom floor.

Just a little room for improvement but overall very good . WiFi had poor signal for me , room had one or two issues (lamp didn’t work and cracked sink ) but didn’t really effect my stay the breakfast was well worth the money .
